- Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

- We are not responsible for carrier delays but will assist in tracking lost or delayed shipments.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos.
- If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.
