At Mama Mittens, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free exchange process. Please review the details below to understand our policies and procedures.
Our 07-Days Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-days exchange policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- Tags must be attached.
- Original packaging must be intact.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Colors may slightly vary due to screen resolution and settings. Such variations do not qualify for returns.

How to Initiate
Contact Us: WhatsApp us on +92 312 8888 559 to request an exchange. Include your order number and details about the item you wish to exchange.
Exchange Approval: Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with an instructions on how to send your package.

Refunds
- We don't offer refunds, but if we can't deliver your item or if it's flawed, we'll give you a coupon for the same amount which will be availed online only.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
Exchange Eligibility: Exchanges are valid for 07 days from the delivery date.
Seasonal Exchanges: Summer items can only be exchanged for summer stock, and winter items for winter stock.
Price Differences: If the replacement item is more expensive, the customer must bear the difference in cost.
Size Guidance: Always refer to our size chart to avoid measurement issues.
Note: Sale items and accessories cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately on WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Damage Verification:
- An unboxing video is mandatory for any damaged article claim.
- The video must clearly show sealed parcel opening and product condition.
- Without an unboxing video, damage claims will not be approved.

Provide Evidence: Include photographic proof of the damage or issue to assist with your claim.
Resolution: We will assess the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Note: Sale items are non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective.
Loyal Customer Replacement Policy:
- Facing issues? whether it's a size change, product defect, or any other concern, we're here to assist you. We offer replacement services If you'd like to swap your order for a bigger or smaller size, we can arrange a pickup of the old item and deliver the new one.
- Our Loyal Customers will not have to return the parcel themselves; we provide a hassle-free replacement service.
- Customers must have a minimum of 3 successfully delivered orders to qualify for replacement eligibility.
- If the issue is not from Mama Mittens' end (e.g, size selection, preference change, etc.), the customer will bear all replacement charges including delivery and logistics costs.
